For those of you entering 9th grade or above, you are invited to join this year's Confirmation Class!
Confirmation is a time for you to study your faith, your church, and your commitment to both.
This year's class will meet from September through May. The kick-off meeting for Confirmands, Parents, and Mentors will be September 28th at 7:30 pm. Confirmation Sunday will be May 20th.
Our classes usually meet the 4th Wednesday of the month from 7:30-9:00. As part of the Confirmation Process, you will choose a mentor from our congregation who you will meet with regularly and hopefully develop a personal relationship with and they will help you through the confirmation process. There are also several requirements as part of the Confirmation class and some of them include attending a Session, Deacon, and Committee Meeting, completing service hours, being part of some mission projects, attending a weekend retreat at Camp Johnsonburg, and writing a Statement of Faith.
